International Shipping

Delivery Delays

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you promptly.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers may be required to pay additional customs, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
